Weight update!

OK, gratuitous I know but I had to say it. On my birthday March 1st this year I was DISMAYED to step on the scale and see 198 LBS. Today, after spending 11 of the last 14 days working out the scale read 188 LBS. WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! 10 more LBS to go! Half way to the goal!
In an ideal world that would mean I'm two weeks from the goal but even if I can sustain I'm doubtful that losing 20 LBS in a month is possible, nevermind healthy. Fuck it. 4 days a week, 2 hours a day, 1800 calories a day (or less). I burned 500 calories today running 4 miles in an hour.

You musta been all of 98lbs when I met cha'...(LOL) smokin betwix school classes.. here comes Andy.. (all 98lbs) sporting long hair and your RUSH jean jacket. (think 10 of them 98lbs WAZ hair!! LOL.. Luved ya as a 98lb weakling and luv ya now.. just More of ya!! more or less... LOL

Wanna remind ya tho Bucky.. Keep in mind, that as you build muscle, it weighs MORE than fat. Therefore you need not ONLY judge your 'changes' by scale only.. but take body measurements as well. Typically weight loss is more rapid and noticable in the begining but then eases in the following weeks. Therfore, 4-6 weeks from now, you could lose NO 'fat' weight, and still have improved by over all toneing.

great job! i was working to loose some extra weight before i mangled mt arm. now i am just hoping not to put more on while i lay around all drugged up. and ya know that one hnt from between a woman's thighs is still seared into my brain. that was so hot

Ohhh yeah i know that feeling. Beginning of the month I found out that I weighed 191. Youch. Ok im not fat Im 5 feet 11 inches tall barefoot but I liked it when I was hovering at 170. I felt better. and thought I looked better. So thats my goal. But this working out thing is harder than thought. :) Good luck with yours
