Friday Funk

Another shot of jamming with Seth on the 4th of July on the roof at Southstreet Seaport. We're playing U2's 'In God's Country'. I know this because Seth is playing the highest note on his guitar, hence the weird hand position over the neck. I love how happy he looks. Me? I'm a freakin' mess. Let's face it folks, I've got the blues.
The woman I love, she don't love me
The woman I love, she don't love me
Now I'm blinded, busted, and sad as I can be

You may be a mess but you've been helpful to me just lately, thanx. Hope you're up & at 'em again soon so we can go "drink recklessly"!

So, tell me something... is it better to have loved and lost, or not loved at all?

I know crap question to ask, and probably one that you don't want to answer. But hang in there you!

I wish I was around to drink recklessly with ya'll!

TGIF!

I hope your weekend goes better, I know I hate those funks... it's been a little while for me, which means a serious one is coming....

take care, have a drink for me.

Only wishing she didn't play too much with your feelings... and, not really comforting, but I use to think that what have to be is, if not, it was a wrong thing... You'll love again... I know, hard to believe, but I did it... ;-))

Yes indeed Seth is certainly groovin to the moment.. Looks like his joy stems from you however. Funny you can be so blue inside yet bring such profound happiness to someone else regardless.

Luv ya!!!
